Dubai, February 22th, 2022. Netafim CEO, Gaby Miodownik spoke today at the Dubai Expo 2020 Food, Agriculture, & Livelihoods Week as part of a 3-day conference showcasing Israeli expertise and innovation in agriculture.
Gaby shared Netafim's vision for using precision agriculture to drive a food secure future and emphasized the critical part collaboration plays in achieving long-term prosperity in the Middle East.
In his speech, he called on all parties in the Middle East to come together to address pressing agricultural challenges: "Thankfully, the Abraham Accords have provided the Middle East with a unique opportunity at this crucial time in our region's history. It's time to apply our collective wills and technology to transitioning agriculture in the region towards sustainability and self-sufficiency."
