Create the best irrigation reservoir environment
In addition to reducing algae build-up, irrigating with highly oxygenated water reduces the possibility of anaerobic bacteria thriving in the reservoir and entering the irrigation system.
There is no doubt that ensuring the water has the highest possible levels of dissolved oxygen and that this highly oxygenated water is circulated through the reservoir is the best way to keep water quality at its best.
Should a lower profile system be required then a shore located compressor with diffusers in the reservoir bottom is the way to get oxygen into the water and to create the essential circulation and top-to-bottom mixing.
The use of floating aerators is a very good way to achieve the right levels of dissolved oxygen whilst creating a visual feature on the water.
Whether it’s a floating or submerged system, AquaMaster has a world leading selection of products to suit all irrigation reservoir applications.
